A light and perfumed red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. Domaine Guyon in Vosne-Romanée is organic-certified, this vintage reflects the estate's meticulous vineyard management and non-interventional winemaking style. On the nose you find with ripe red cherries and plums, often lifted by a lively stem note from whole-cluster fermentation. The palate is fruit-forward with earthy clay undertones and a subtle salinity. It typically features soft, grippy tannins and fresh acidity. Ideally paired with poultry dishes such as chicken or turkey.
