Description

A nose with bright fruit such as pear, honeydew melon, lemon zest, lime blossom, cut grass and a hint of aniseed. The Palate totally refreshing full of mineral, powerful and yet gently invigorating. The bright fruit is framed by an animating acidity and fine tart grapefruit notes as well as a fine tannin in the long finish.

Aurora, which means Alba, is also the name of a small and pretty native butterfly that is threatened with extinction, with Mount Etna in the background. Salvo Foti supports the members in an advisory capacity. His own wine estate is based on the same values.
