A bright, pale straw‑yellow colour. Crisp citrus zest (lemon, lime), hints of green apple and white peach, overlaid by fresh stone and subtle chalky or flinty notes. There is an underlying sea‑shell or wet‑stone character that hints at the terroir’s marine‑derived soils.
Light to medium‑bodied, with lively, bright acidity and a clean mid‑palate. Citrus and orchard, followed by refined minerality. The texture is fresh, poised rather than weighty, and leads into a finish which is persistent yet elegant, mineral‑driven rather than fruit‑dominated.
