A beautifully precise, bone-dry traditional method sparkling wine from Oregon's Willamette Valley, made by husband and wife team Jackson and Ayla Holstein.

A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, sourced from organically farmed volcanic sites, this is a sparkling wine with a real sense of place. Expect bright lemon zest, Asian pear and crisp yellow apple, with delicate white blossom and a distinctive mineral character reminiscent of wet stone and crushed salt.

Delicious as an aperitif or alongside oysters, sushi and fresh seafood.

A traditional method sparkling wine made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, sourced from organically farmed vineyards on the volcanic soils of Oregon's Willamette Valley. The base wine is fermented and aged in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel, with partial malolactic fermentation. Following 24 months on lees, the wine was disgorged in February 2025 with a dosage of less than 1g/L, Unfined and unflitered, with just 200 cases produced.

Hidden in Oregon's Dundee Hills, Granville Wine Co is the creation of Ayla and Jackson Holstein, second generation growers who grew up surrounded by the region's famous red volcanic soils. Their winemaking journey began in 2014 with a small parcel of their family's Hostein Vineyard and a simple ambition to express the character of the place they call home.

Today, they work exclusively with vineyards in the Dundee and Eola-Amity Hills, farming their own vines wherever possible and sourcing additional fruit from like-minded growers. With a commitment to organic farming and volcanic terroir, Granville produces wines of remarkable purity, precision and sense of place.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

  • £9.99 for orders below £125
  • Free delivery on orders over £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 2-4 working days.
