Aromatically it is reminiscent of wildflower honey on toast. It has a big mousse with a crunchy green apple flavour and texture. It is subtle, elegant, persistent and charming. Vinography - Pale gold in the glass with very fine bubbles, this wine smells of sweet white flowers and green apples. In the mouth, a soft mousse delivers gorgeous round floral sweetness of apple and grapefruit. Super juicy and tangy, with SweetTart mouthwatering sourness. Elegant, distinctive, and delicious.

L'Accomplie is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from both Ecueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds. The base vintage makes up 70% of the total blend with the other 30% coming from reserve wine of the two previous vintages. The wine is aged in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel. The dosage is 5g/L.

Frederic Savart is a fiercely individual Champagne maker making beautifully expressive, vivid and crystalline champagnes of great depth and power. Their balance of vibrancy and flavour is utterly compelling and their scarcity is testament to their already high global demand. Savart returned to his family Domaine in the village of ecueil around 25 years ago, after toying with a career as a professional footballer. Savart's grandfather had planted his first vines in 1947 and later passed his tiny property to Savart's father. Frederic worked alongside him whilst purchasing more holdings, until taking over completely in 2005.

Wine Advocate 94pts ( Tasted 2019) - The latest release of Savart's NV Extra Brut Premier Cru L'Accomplie is based on the 2015 and 2016 vintages, and it was disgorged in October 2018 with four gams per liter dosage. It's a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay that hails from the lower-lying part of Le Mont Benoit. Unfurling in the glass with notes of ripe Meyer lemons, red apples, lime zest, acacia honey and toasted almonds, it's medium to full-bodied, racy and incisive, with a nicely concentrated and tight-knit core, terrific cut and a long, mouthwateringly chalky finish. Savart's elegant style�and the partial malolactic that some of the base wines for this cuv�e see�has proven the perfect foil for the 2015 vintage base.
