Description

Juicy, tropical pet nat, perfect for summer drinking. Ripe tropical fruit on the nose with sharp nectarine and grapefruit pith on the tongue. Bottled towards the end of primary fermentation, capturing a very soft effervescence. Fresh & fruity with lingering soft grippy tannins.

Petillant natural (pet nat) describes a natural sparkle that has been captured by bottling towards the end of primary fermentation. We often ferment our pet nat ciders in contact with apple skins to maximise the fruitiness & complexity.
