Description

A bright and vibrant biodynamic Pinot Noir. Fresh red fruit notes of strawberry, cranberry and pomegranate nuances rounding out the red fruit and crunchy smooth textures with a light toastiness. All in all a beautiful open-armed & light alcohol expression of Pinot.

Delivery Information

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the estate in Salorno (Alto Adige). The vineyard is meticulously managed according to biodynamic principles. 50% whole bunch and macerated for only six days on the skins. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in used tonneaux for 22 months.

Winemaker Patrick Uccelli began work at this property in 2008, but his ancestor acquired the estate back in 1836. Now farmed biodynamically, this estate is forward-thinking and innovative.
