Aged for 7 months in stainless steel and enamelled tanks.

Claire Naudin has been in charge of this small domaine in the Cote d'Or since 1994. She produces a range of wines including a majestic Echezeaux Grand Cru, but across all her plots of land farms sustainably and used minimal SO2 in her winemaking. An unpretentious and beautifully balanced white Burgundy to open with friends, made with the region's second grape Aligote.
