Delivery Information

The wine sees a short period of skin contact before being slowly cold fermented for 3-4 weeks. It is then aged on the fine lees to give the wine added richness and some of that distinctive smokiness.

Jean Claude Dagueneau's Domaine des Berthiers is well situated on the hillside of Saint-Andelain in the hamlet of Berthiers, at the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Sourced from select plots of Sauvignon Blanc this is the emblematic cuvée of the domaine.
