A glowing deep gold to pale amber color, lightly hazy if unfiltered, with copper reflections typical of extended skin contact. Highly expressive and gently exotic, offering layers of apricot skin, dried orange peel, and white peach. Touches of bergamot, chamomile, and wild herbs. Subtle notes of ginger, honeycomb, and soft spice. A faint saline-mineral edge reflecting the estate’s stony terroir
The palate is dry, textured, and vibrant, juicy stone fruit followed by citrus pith and dried nectarine. Fine tannins from skin maceration give shape without bitterness. Bright, clean acidity lifts the mid-palate. A gently savory finish with hints of tea leaf, peach fuzz, and Mediterranean herbs.
Medium-bodied with a pleasant grip, soft phenolics, and a long, aromatic finish. Balanced rather than oxidative, ideal for both orange-wine beginners and fans of the style.
