Deep ruby-garnet with a clear rim, indicating good concentration and depth.
Opens with an expressive bouquet of dark cherries, plums and blackberries, layered with cedar, dried herbs, subtle violet and forest-floor notes. A fine underpinning of earth and minerality adds complexity. Medium to full-bodied with firm yet refined tannins. The fruit core is rich and dark (black cherry, ripe plum) balanced by crisp acidity and a chalky or stony mineral seam. Mid-palate shows spice (clove, black pepper) and subtle cedar/vanilla oak tones. The finish is long, structured, and leaves an impression of both power and elegance.
