A luminous translucent ruby-red, typical of naturally crafted Pinot Noir, with bright cherry reflections and gentle viscosity. The nose opens delicately but expands with air, offering, fresh red cherry, cranberry, and wild strawberry. Subtle earthy tones forest floor, dried leaves, and fresh mushroom. Light spice touches of white pepper, cinnamon bark, and soft clove. A slate-like mineral note that is classic Mercurey
Palate is silky and tensile, driven by energy rather than weight, crisp red-fruit brightness, pomegranate and sour cherry. Fine, powdery tannins giving gentle grip. Lifted acidity creating tension and length. Savory undertones of tea leaf, beetroot, and crushed stone. A focused, saline finish with lingering red-fruit clarity
