Clear pale gold with silver glints and lively brightness, suggesting freshness and youthful energy. Aromatic yet delicate, showing layers of green apple, pear, and white peach. Subtle notes of lemon zest, grapefruit pith, and fresh almond. Hints of chalk dust, wet stone, and white flowers. A gentle touch of brioche or hazelnut from lees work and neutral barrel again.
The palate is crisp, pure, and finely textured, clean orchard fruit pear, apple skin, peach. A zesty, citrus-lifted mid-palate. Silky mouthfeel from lees contact Light-to-medium bodied with bright, refreshing acidity.
