Deep, intense almost inky in colour. A beautiful nose packed full of ripe cherries and sweet baking spice.. The palate is intense with a great grip to it, smoked plums, forest fruits and a balancing meaty earthiness.

76% Rondo and 26% Regent Blend. Aged for 36 months in stainless steel tanks and for another 18 months in barrels from Meo Camuzet (he worked for them), natural yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, no fining, no filtration, no sulphur added.
One day two passions met, wine making and love of the countryside which became the obsession of five friends. Walks amidst limestone hills and stunning views of the river flowing below defined the philosophy of Dom Bliskowice. The first vines were planted in the 2009 on soil full of ammonite fossils. Small, diversified plots make a difference in maturation of the grapes with southwest exposures providing wonderful levels of sunlight. The river below providing a natural warm buffer during winters and delivers protective foggy autumns.
