Description

Crisp pear, fresh apricot and white melon aromas with lift of white flowers and spring cherry blossom. A lovely freshness and a rich, oaky, creamy mid-palate with toasted brioche and smoked hazelnuts and a characteristic mineral, steely finish.

Delivery Information

Grapes are pressed slowly and at low pressure to ensure preservation of the fresh and fruity aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats between 19 - 21 degrees. Around 5 percent is then aged in oak barrels for 18 months with the balance in stainless steel for around 12 to 18 months.

Adrien Besson, passionate about tractors since his childhood, obtained his professional baccalaureate in viticulture and oenology and then returned to take care of the vines in June 2013. Accompanied by four employees, he takes care of our vines throughout the year in order to produce quality grapes. Anxious to rationalize his practices, he set up the plowing of our entire plot, limiting chemical weeding.

He also instituted the leaf stripping of our wines, allowing natural ventilation of each vine stock and contributing to the reduction of contamination by pests. Since 2015, his faithful dog Lissa has accompanied him during all the work in the vineyard.
