A groundbreaking, limited-edition English sparkling wine that challenges the boundaries of traditional method fizz. Crafted in the warm microclimate of Essex's Crouch Valley, this multi-vintage blend leads with ripe Pinot Noir to deliver a rich, vinous profile. Expect deep notes of baked orchard fruits and toasted brioche, delivered with a velvety, low-pressure mousse and a crisp, mineral-driven finish. Only 3,000 individually numbered bottles exist worldwide.

  • Grape Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Meunier

Limited small-batch run of only 3,000 bottles.

Harvest: Hand-picked grapes from premium Crouch Valley vineyards.

Pressing: Whole-bunch pressed using a traditional Coquard press.

Fermentation: 90% old oak barriques, 10% new oak.

Malolactic: 100% blocked to preserve piercing natural acidity.

Reserve Wine: Blended with older vintages from a foudre-housed perpetual solera.

Sulphites: Bottled with zero added sulphur dioxide (SO₂).

Volume: Limited inaugural run of exactly 3,000 bottles

  • Style: The lower bottle pressure creates a gentle, integrated sparkle that allows the rich, oxidative complexity and natural ripeness of Essex fruit to lead the palate.
