Charles and Chloe are a husband and wife team, distilling premium spirits in small batches, in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

After spending many years working in the hospitality and drinks industry, they decided to quit the rat race and start producing their own spirits.

Cross Stream Distillery was born out of a love for the drinks industry and a passion to create using traditional methods.

Charles and Chloe are self-taught distillers and do everything themselves, by hand - from sourcing botanicals, to distilling on their 60-litre alembic copper pot still Jinx, to bottling, waxing and hand labelling. They are self-confessed luddites and believe in going back to basics and keeping things simple. They use an entirely handcrafted process with as little technological intervention as possible. All of their gins are distilled over open flame, in small batches of no more than 40 bottles. Each bottle is hand filled, wax sealed, labelled and numbered with a unique bottle and batch number.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

• £15 for orders below £75
• £9.99 for orders below £125
• Free delivery on orders over £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
