The grapes are hand-picked and sorted thoroughly. In the vinification, "girl age" is performed to extract maximum color and tannin for the wine, which subsequently undergoes the malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is then stored in French oak barrels for a period of at least 14 months
