Description

This is rich and layered with sweet berries, mushrooms and some chocolate. Medium-to full-bodied, savory and juicy. Lovely brush of peppery spice on the finish.

Delivery Information

The grapes are hand-picked and sorted thoroughly. In the vinification, "girl age" is performed to extract maximum color and tannin for the wine, which subsequently undergoes the malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is then stored in French oak barrels for a period of at least 14 months
