Since their marriage in 2015, Gerald and Alix Standley have been keen to work together on a common project. After having cut their teeth by managing the Le Soula estate in Fenouillèdes (Roussillon) for Gérald and the Château Puy Castéra in Haut-Médoc (Bordeaux) for Alix, we began looking for an estate. Their choice is naturally towards Bordeaux. 

In January 2020, they found the estate that would perfectly combine a wine project and their family project: they purchased Château Terrasson from Jacques and Jacqueline Mialon. Already, in the 1950s and 1960s, Jean Boutin, Jacqueline's father, began selling his wine directly throughout the world under the influence of Jean-Pierre Moueix. The approach is unique for the time and the wine appreciated. From the 1984 vintage to 2019, the property was rented to Christophe and Marie-Jo Lavau.
