Description

The Giato Bianco has a golden colour. Apart from aromas of yellow peaches, ripe citrus fruits, mimosas, raw hazelnut and light fume' notes, this white wine is structured and soft with vibrant acidity and minerality.

Delivery Information

The organically grown grapes are hand-harvested. After the grapes are crushed softly, the must is fermentated at controlled temperature for 20 days. Maturation takes place in steel vats for about 5 months.

Centopassi is the winemaking entity of the Libera Terra social co-operatives that cultivate the lands seized from the mafia in Sicily. This wine is dedicated to the memory of Mafia victims and to those who actively demonstrate opposition to Sicilian criminal organisations through their work and on a daily basis.
