A vibrant, lightly sparkling red bursting with aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and forest berries. The palate is juicy and fruit-forward, with a gentle sweetness balanced by bright acidity and soft tannins. Refreshing, approachable and best served lightly chilled, it finishes clean with a lively sparkle.

Made from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa, widely regarded as the most structured and intensely flavoured of the Lambrusco family. The grapes are grown on sandy-clay soils in the Castelvetro DOC, south of Modena. After fermentation, the wine undergoes its second fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method, preserving its vibrant fruit character and creating its fresh, lively sparkle. The result is a low-alcohol (8% ABV), gently sweet sparkling red that is full of juicy fruit while retaining excellent freshness.

Cantina di Soliera is one of Emilia-Romagna's leading Lambrusco specialists, working with over 400 grower-members in the heart of Lambrusco country near Modena. This range is produced in partnership with the acclaimed Medici Ermete family, pioneers in restoring Lambrusco's reputation as a high-quality, food-friendly wine. Together they focus on expressing the distinct personalities of the region's traditional Lambrusco varieties while combining generations of local expertise and modern winemaking.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
