The Chardonnay grapes are gently pressed as whole clusters to preserve delicate aromatics. Fermentation kicks off naturally with indigenous yeasts, allowing the wine to reflect its vineyard origins. A portion of the wine is matured in French oak barrels, mostly neutral, to add subtle texture without dominating the fruit. Sourced from cool-climate sites, the wine is made with a light touch in the cellar to showcase purity and balance.
