Bolfan Vinski is situated in the municipality of Hrascina, in Croatia's Medimurje - Zagorje region. Historically, this is the heartland of viticulture in the country, with vine-growing dating back several centuries. Today the winery practices bio-dynamic farming and natural winemaking techniques under the expert guidance of head winemaker Luka Koscak, who has lived and worked among Croatian wine all his life. Bolfan's cellar and winery is situated in the middle of their vineyards, ensuring a quick transfer at harvest time between the vineyard and the winery, vital to retaining freshness in the wines.
