Pure, medium-bodied red with high-altitude freshnes. Notes of wild herbs, blackberries, blackcurrants, and cherries, with subtle hints of eucalyptus, red pencil shavings, and tomato skin. Juicy and succulent. It features velvety tannins and a saline undertone. A long, fresh finish with bright acidity and a touch of spicy, toasted character.

 Grapes are estate-grown in high-altitude desert vineyards at the foot of the Andes.Grapes are chilled upon arrival and undergo a 2-day pre-fermentation maceration to preserve fresh fruit character. Approximately one-third of the wine is aged in French oak to add structure, while the remaining volume stays in stainless steel tanks to maintain varietal purity.

The team focuses on capturing the "aromatic purity" of the Andean air and the distinct mineral character provided by the sandy, desert soils of Los Chacayes
