A a single-varietal Tempranillo, deep cherry-red color, with complex aromas of blackberry, raspberry, mineral, and balsamic notes, along with a spicy background from 20 months of aging in French oak. On the palate, it is vibrant, structured, and balanced, with a long, fleshy finish. Ideally paired with red meats, and cured cheeses.
