Probably the wildest and most exciting cuvée by Daniel and Bianka. The blend changes every year and Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Silvaner are commonly included.

Grapes are handpicked and fermented for six weeks with full skin contact and wild yeast. Aged in old barriques under flor. Bottled with low sulphites, unfined and unfiltered.

Bianka and Daniel Schmitt are two talented young winemakers who produce biodynamic wine in Rheinhessen. DB Schmitt's wines are pure and fresh, full of personality and life. Rheinhessen is the largest winegrowing area in Germany and has so far been largely associated with mass production. In recent years, however, the region's reputation has begun to change as a new generation of younger, more innovative winemakers are reducing yields and refining the largely undervalued terroir of this region. Bianka and Daniel are the epitome of this new wave of German winemakers who are working hard to produce wines of the highest quality with as little intervention as possible.

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
