Description

A tiny smattering of Cabernet Noir (part of the Piwi experimentation at Bee Tree) is used to ensure a richer body, spice and depth in the wine, while allowing the aromatic freshness of the pinot to come through. Expect red apple skin and fresh tayberry, this would be a fine counterpart to a structured cru Beaujolais.
