Pale red, super fragrant with wild strawberry & sasparilla notes, this has the lightest of holds, like a gentle, affectionate hug, a nice acidity, some bitter herbs, and a really juicy, sweetly-fruited core & end, & a thin shaving of grainy oak. Production Notes Production Notes

Organic Cultivation is applied to all our vineyards since 1999! Cold soak applied for 72 hours in 12c. Fermentation with controlled temperature (max 29c). Matured in old oak for 12 months (50%) American and (50%) French.

Producer Producer

Haroula is an author, and the viticulturalist, winemaker and founder of this tiny estate. Her son Christophoros joined her recently. Located 540m above sea level on limestone mother rock, in the north west of Naoussa in Macedonia. All their vineyards have been cultivated organically since 1999. Argatia means cooperation for the achievement of a common purpose.
