Their Beaujolais Villages is on granitic, sandy soils more similar to the terroir of Fleurie. The Beaujolais Villages vines are around 40 years old as are their vines in Fleurie. Serge Colonges sons Landry and Samuel are taking this lovely family Domaine to another level. Their Beaujolais Villages, made from old vines, is great value!
Andre Colonge is a 30-hectare domaine run by two brothers, Landry and Samuel, and their father Serge. It was originally started by Andres grandfather. 7 of their hectares are in Fleurie and 18 are Beaujolais / Beaujolais Villages.
