Achillée, Pépin Orange NV is a natural, skin-contact white wine (orange wine) from the Alsace region of France. A stunning copper/smoked salmon or apricot-orange colour. An intense and perfumed aromatic profile with notes of exotic spice like ginger, cinnamon, Sichuan pepper), ripe fruits such as apricot, peach, mandarin, tangerine, lychee), tropical fruit, and floral hints. The palate is intense, focused, and fresh, with a silky or robust texture and fine, integrated tannins. Flavours echo the nose, with prominent citrus and spice notes, balanced by a refreshing minerality and a long, persistent finish.
