Grapes are hand-harvested early to retain freshness and sourced from granitic soils in eastern France. Fermentation uses traditional carbonic maceration, followed by a short cuvaison to preserve bright, juicy fruit characters before bottling in a fresh, unoaked style.

Uva Non Grata is a Boutinot range celebrating grapes outside the constraints of appellation, focusing on expressive, approachable wines made with minimal intervention. The aim is to highlight pure fruit character and regional identity without stylistic restriction, resulting in vibrant, easy-drinking wines with a modern, informal feel.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

  • £15 for orders below £75
  • £9.99 for orders below £125
  • Free delivery on orders over £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 2-4 working days.
