This Rioja Blanco displays elegant and inviting aromas of pear and jasmine, layered with tropical fruit nuances (think pineapple) and well-integrated oak. On the palate, it feels poised and balanced: vanilla and coconut from barrel ageing blend with zesty lemon acidity, leading into a finish of brioche and soft brioche-like toastiness. Pairs beautifully with seafood (e.g., lobster or langoustines in a creamy sauce), roast chicken, or even richer vegetable dishes.
