A fresh, easy-drinking white from Gascony that overdelivers on character and drinkability. It's lively and aromatic, with notes of grapefruit, peach and citrus peel, alongside a subtle floral lift. On the palate there's weight and acidity in balance and a fresh, lightly mineral finish.

Grapes are gently handled with a short period of skin contact to enhance aromatics, followed by cool fermention in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The wine is then aged on its lees for around three months, adding a touch of texture and complexity while retaining the bright, fruit-driven style.

Château Laballe is a historic family estate in Gascony, run by the Laudet's since 1820. Originally focused on Armagnac, the domaine gradually expanded into wine production in the 1970s and is now led by eighth-generation winemaker, Cyril Laudet.

Today the estate blends tradition with a more modern, sustainable approach with vineyards in conversion to organic and a focus on the distinctive terroir of Bas-Armagnac's sandy, mineral-rich soils.
