This white wine, crafted entirely from the Albillo Mayor grape, presents a compelling balance of richness and vibrant freshness, a signature of its unique Ribera del Duero origin and specific winemaking approach involving oak and concrete aging.
On the nose, it offers an attractive, focused bouquet of stone fruit (nectarine, peach, apricot) and citrus (Valencia orange, lime, grapefruit), intertwined with notes of white flowers and a subtle herbaceous or flinty quality. Integrated barrel notes provide hints of baking spices, vanilla, and a touch of smokiness. The palate is full-textured and voluminous, delivering a silky, almost creamy mouthfeel balanced by a vibrant, crisp acidity.
