A beautifully focused Chardonnay from Oregon's Willamette Valley, combing bright citrus and crisp green apple with subtle notes of wet stone and a refreshing coastal salinity. Vibrant acidity brings energy and precision, while gentle oak influence and lees ageing lend an elegant texture. Sophisticated, mineral-driven and wonderfully fresh, with a long, clean finish. A lovely match for roast chicken, grilled salmon or lobster.

Made from organically farmed Chardonnay grown on the volcanic soils of the Dundee and Eola-Amity Hills. Fermented in French oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation, the wine spends 11 months ageing on its lees in a combination of new and neutral French oak, with occasional bâttonage to develop texture and complexity. Just 15% new oak allows the purity of the fruit and distinctive mineral character to shine through.

Hidden in Oregon's Dundee Hills, Granville Wine Co is the creation of Ayla and Jackson Holstein, second generation growers who grew up surrounded by the region's famous red volcanic soils. Their winemaking journey began in 2014 with a small parcel of their family's Hostein Vineyard and a simple ambition to express the character of the place they call home.

Today, they work exclusively with vineyards in the Dundee and Eola-Amity Hills, farming their own vines wherever possible and sourcing additional fruit from like-minded growers. With a commitment to organic farming and volcanic terroir, Granville produces wines of remarkable purity, precision and sense of place.

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 2-4 working days.
