A Bordeaux blend hailing from the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch. The soils are iron and clay rich, ideal for water retention and achieving perfectly ripe fruit. On the nose, expect dark plum and graphite blended with hints of cedar and spice. The wine is complex with finely-grained tannins, a long finish, and a lingering minerality, which combined makes this wine the perfect pairing for rich and hearty dishes.
