This premium, single-vintage Italian sparkling blush from Veneto’s Cavazza estate beautifully blends crisp Glera with structured Pinot Nero grapes. Produced using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks, it naturally locks in vibrant fruit flavours and fine, persistent bubbles. Elegant pale pink in the glass, it opens with fragrant aromas of wild strawberries and delicate rose petals, leading to a crisp, refreshing palate with a softly rounded, fruity finish. Superb as a chilled aperitif, it pairs perfectly with sushi, fresh seafood, burrata, and light Mediterranean appetizers.

The grapes—90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero—are harvested separately between mid-August and early September. The Glera is vinified as a white wine, while the Pinot Nero undergoes a brief skin maceration (contact) to extract its soft pink color and delicate red fruit structure. Once the base wines are ready, they are precisely blended together to form the cuvée before the sparkling process begins. The wine undergoes its secondary fermentation inside pressurized stainless steel tanks, known as autoclaves. To bring out its signature elegance and fine bubbles, the wine spends three full months maturing under pressure on its lees. This exceeds the standard legal minimum requirement of 60 days for Prosecco Rosé DOC
