This white blend is made from a single vineyard block consisting of 4 different grape varietals. The main component is Roussanne, which brings texture and body to the pallet and floral aromatics. Viognier, Chenin Blanc and Verdelho round out the blend bringing aromatic fruit notes and a herbaceous side. This wine pairs very well with white fish or herbaceous Asian cuisine.
