All the vineyards have been cultivated organically since 1999. The Xinomavro (blanc de noir) is fermented alongside Assyrtiko at 15c, while the malagouzia cold soak is applied for 7-8 hours. fermentation at 15 degrees and after the end of the procidure comes the blending.
Haroula is an author, and the viticulturalist, winemaker and founder of this tiny estate. Her son Christophoros joined her recently. Located 540m above sea level on limestone mother rock, in the north west of Naoussa in Macedonia. All their vineyards have been cultivated organically since 1999. Argatia means cooperation for the achievement of a common purpose.
