An elegant, beautifully balanced Chardonnay with aromas of fresh pear, white flowers, citrus zest and a delicate hint of fennel. The palate is silky and finely textured, with bright acidity bringing freshness and definition. Notes of grapefruit peel, green apple and crushed stone lead to a long, mineral finish. A wonderfully poised, unoaked  'Chablisesque' Chardonnay that combines delicacy with surprising depth.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on limestone-rich soils in La Morra, with small amounts of silt and sand. The grapes are destemmed and crushed before a period of cold maceration and fermentation. The wine then spends six months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, developing texture and complexity while preserving its vibrant fruit and freshness.

The Boglietti family’s winemaking story began in 1991, when Enzo decided to leave dairy farming behind and concentrate on the vineyards inherited from his grandparents. Starting with fewer than three hectares, borrowed equipment and a converted stable, he gradually built one of La Morra’s most respected family-run wineries.

Today, Enzo works alongside his children, Linda and Matteo, farming approximately 22 hectares across some of Piemonte’s most celebrated vineyard sites, including Brunate, Fossati and Boiolo. The estate’s vineyards have been certified organic since the 2017 vintage, with all grapes harvested by hand.

Over the years, the family’s approach has evolved towards greater elegance and vineyard expression, with less reliance on new oak and heavy extraction. From fresh, vibrant everyday wines to beautifully structured, age-worthy Barolo, the Boglietti wines reflect both the character of their vineyards and the family’s dedication to quality.

  • £9.99 for orders below £125
  • Free delivery on orders over £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 2-4 working days.
