A Scheurebe with a twist- crushed rocks on the nose with some clove and grapefruit zest, plus a floral note of spring daisies, very complex and gets a real boost with aeration. Slightly more structure and muscle compared to your average Scheurebe but rounded off with some delicate pear drop. Really showcases the chalky soil and finished with a firework of pear, sweet mango. Unfiltered and unfined this is a Natty example of a grape with so much potential.
