Saicho Sparkling Hojicha Tea & Gift box 750ml
The Saicho Sparkling Hojicha tea has a deep umami falvour, with hints of nori, hazelnut, and smoke, with dry tannins. Hojicha is a roasted green tea from Japan dating back to 1920s Kyoto. Founded by Aaron Trotman, NON creates 0% alcohol wine alternatives. The verjus base, made from unripe Semillon, is flavoured with a hibiscus tea-infused lemon marmalade. Hints of peppermint and lemongrass add a refreshing complexity and a further infusion of hops and liquorice root adds tannins. Ever so slightly carbonated, this drink is a light option perfect for the start of your meal.
