A notable producer to look out for is Avignonesi based in Tuscany, who specialise in organic/biodynamic winemaking. They exemplify the diverse range of Sangiovese styles, showcasing wines such as Nobile di Montepulciano and Super Tuscan-inspired Pomerol made from the Merlot grape variety.
