Bright and vibrant, this wine delivers lively citrus and tropical fruit flavours, underpinned by a mineral core. The oak influence adds a creamy richness without overpowering the varietal purity. Elegant and long, with a refreshing saline minerality and a subtly savory finish that pairs beautifully with shellfish (like scallops or prawns), grilled white fish, goat’s cheese, or lighter poultry dishes. Also makes a refined aperitif on its own.
