By using a brief skin contact and whole-bunch fermentation, the Garalis family coaxes out an incredibly vibrant, juice-forward profile. Expect an explosion of wild strawberries, tart cranberries, and fresh-picked cherries, rounded out by a delicate hint of purple violets. It is light, lively, and absolutely begs for a slight chill.
