Hailing from a legendary Left Bank vintage, this sophisticated red offers an authentic taste of mature Bordeaux prestige without the high premium price tag. Representing the highly accessible secondary bottling of a historic estate, it masterfully trades severe, rustic angles for silkiness and early drinking pleasure.

Rich garnet core with faint brick-orange tones at the rim, unlocking an aristocratic perfume of dried violets, tobacco leaf, weathered cedar wood, and black pepper spice.

The grapes are harvested selectively and undergo a strict, block-by-block vinification in temperature-regulated concrete and stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for up to 16 months in fine French oak barrels. This meticulous barrel program gently tames the powerful Left Bank tannins, introducing delicate layers of cedar and cigar box complexity while maintaining the supple, pure identity of the dark fruit.

Crafted by the expert technical team at Château Meyney, one of Saint-Estèphe's oldest and most respected properties. The fruit is selected from younger estate vines rooted next to the Gironde estuary. Here, unique topsoils of gravelly pebbles sit over a rare, blue-clay subsoil layer that mirrors the landscape of neighboring Grand Cru Classé estates.
