Deep, saturated ruby‑purplish red, inviting and clear. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits, met by hints of liquorice and caramel, and framed by subtle Mediterranean herbs and spice with a refined mineral underpinning.
A plush texture greets the palate with generous fruit, yet the structure remains sleek. The tannins are fine‑grained and well‑integrated, the acidity lively enough to keep the framework fresh. Mid‑palate reveals under‑brush and a stony minerality beneath the fruit. The finish is long and balanced, sweet fruit echoes fade into fresh drive and elegance rather than heaviness
