Light citrus—lemon rind and white grapefruit. Fresh pastry, almond cream, and subtle brioche. Floral accents of hawthorn and white blossom. A faint chalky-mineral thread. The Palate is generous yet clean, combining fruit and finesse. Juicy orchard fruit layered over citrus and soft stone fruit
