Named in honour of the Galliano family heritage, this Blanc de Blancs reflects Borgo Maragliano's long-standing commitment to traditional method sparkling wine in Alta Langa. The wine opens with delicate aromas of citrus, lime, white flowers, herbs and honey, supported by very fine persistent bubbles. The palate balances freshness with a creamy texture and mineral precision. Its brioche complexity, from 32 months lees ageing, make it a superb alternative to Champagne.

Produced from hillside Chardonnay vineyards in Alta Langa DOCG, Francesco Galliano is Borgo Maragliano's elegant traditional method sparkling wine. Following the first fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle before maturing for 32 months on lees. This long ageing creates extraordinary finesse, texture and complexity.

Borgo Maragliano is a family-run estate in the hills of Loazzolo, in Piedmont's Alta Langa, where the Galliano family have been growing vines since the mid-1800s. Today the estate focuses on high-altitude Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Moscato, producing elegant traditional method sparkling alongside aromatic whites. Their vineyards sit on steep, sandy and calcareous slopes influenced by the cool "Marin" breeze from the Ligurian coast, helping create wines with freshness, finesse and a distinctive mineral character.
