Highly expressive with notes of white chocolate, musk, and bright citrus oil. Underlying these are floral hints of jasmine and freshly cut white flowers. It is creamy and sensual yet maintains a piercing, lemony acidity. A long, persistent finish that refocuses on the mineral qualities of limestone and salt.

  • The wine is fermented and aged in small 350-litre oak barrels using only native yeasts.
  • No Malolactic: Malolactic fermentation is strictly avoided to preserve the zesty acid line and crystalline freshness of the Chardonnay fruit.
  • "Tirer à Liège": Unlike most Champagnes aged under metal caps, this cuvée is aged for its secondary fermentation under natural cork. This allows for a microscopic amount of oxygen exchange, resulting in finer bubbles and a more seamless, creamy texture.
  • Finishing: Every bottle is hand-disgorged and finished with a minimal dosage to keep the profile pure and chiseled

Raphaël & Vincent Bérèche the brothers represent the fifth generation of the estate. Since taking over in 2004, they have elevated Bérèche to "cult" status among grower Champagnes.hey focus on "precision" viticulture, having eliminated chemical herbicides in 2002.
